Midnatssol by CaMaRose is a wonderfully airy mohair alternative. Use it in combination with other yarns to add a delicate halo or knit or crochet with it on its own to create an ethereal, shear fabric. Made from alpaca, Tencel and merino, this brushed yarn does without mohair at all and is just as suitable as a classic supplementary yarn. The beautiful color palette is also super suitable for combining with the yarn Snefnug.
The merino fibers used are free from mulesing and come from South America. The alpaca comes from Peru. Tencel holds the soft fibers together in the middle for Midnatssol and is a plant fiber. Midnatssol is spun and dyed in Italy in a family-run business where animal welfare and sustainability are prioritized.
