Returns & Refunds

We hope you are thrilled to bits with your order, but if you aren't entirely satisfied, we are here to help!

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned within 30 days of receiving it. It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable items

  • Books and magazines

  • Discontinued items or items bought on sale

  • Special order items

  • Hanks/skeins that have been wound into cakes

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All returns should be brought back or shipped to:

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

EXCHANGES  (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Note that it is normal for yarns to have joins in hanks/balls.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment), within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policy.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.

If you received complimentary gifts which you are not returning, your refund will be reduced by the value of these items.

CLASSES & EVENTS

If you are unable to attend the class you registered for, you must notify us a minimum of 72 hours prior to the event for a refund. If you cancel within 72 hours, you may receive a credit to re-register for another class of comparable value at a later date in lieu of the class you booked on for. No-shows are not eligible for a credit.

In the event that a class must be rescheduled and you cannot attend the new date, you still must let us know 72 hours prior to the class for a refund. Any classes that are outright cancelled by Hanks will be refunded to registrants.
